When we meditate we learn the importance of focusing our mind letting go and just being still in our bodies. Meditation reduces stress, helps with anxiety, enhances self-awareness and promotes physical, emotional and mental health. Guided one on one meditation sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Sessions are $30.00 for 30 minutes or $40.00 for 45 minutes or $50.00 for 60 minutes.
Stress Release session
We have all experience stress in our life, if left entreated stress can lead to serious health issues. When the body is stressed it enters flight or fight mode. When this happens a higher percentage of blood is sent to the extremities of our body. The body does this to perform optimally while in flight or fight mode. By doing so there is a lower percentage of blood in our torso where our vital organs reside. We are not meant to stay in a flight or fight state for a prolonged period of time. This will lead to our immune system becoming compromised and over time forms energy blockages in our bodies. These energy blockages can manifests into serious physical and other health issues.
By releasing the stress the body can return to homeostasis and start the healing process. By causing the blocked energy in the body to start flow once again the body is assisted with the healing process.
